Foot specialists

As a foot specialist, you know that sourcing brand-specific materials and following various protocols for work and safety footwear is time-consuming. 4Allbrands simplifies this process. We act as your central supplier and provide a single, uniform protocol for all brands of work and safety footwear. This allows you to work more efficiently while ensuring the shoe’s certification remains fully intact.

1. Orthopaedic insoles

4Allbrands orthopaedic insoles, also referred to as arch supports or podiatric insoles, are fully custom-made based on the end-user's individual requirements. The measurement and modelling process is performed by you as the foot specialist. This provides you with the complete freedom to apply all necessary medical corrections based on your own clinical findings.

To ensure that the orthopaedic insoles meet all requirements, we offer the following options:

SOLE

Orthopaedic insoles manufactured and finished by 4Allbrands.

KIT

Orthopaedic insoles manufactured by 4Allbrands with loose cover material.

COVER

Loose cover material including instructional protocol for safe use.

MULTICOVER

Loose cover material in bulk packaging including instructional protocol for safe use and finishing of the soles.

Retrospective certification is required!

Approach

4Allbrands works in close collaboration with foot specialists across Europe. In this partnership, you are responsible for the measurement and modelling of the orthopaedic insoles; we provide the certified materials that meet the most stringent standards. Curious about our approach? We will explain how our collaboration works, step by step.

Step 1

The foot specialist measures the feet and models the orthopaedic insoles.

Step 2

The foot specialist orders the required product through NOCS and provides the modelled files where necessary.

Step 3

We supply the required 4Allbrands product to the foot specialist. When a Cover or Multicover is chosen, the foot specialist manufactures the orthopaedic insoles themselves and finishes them with the supplied cover material according to the 4Allbrands instructional protocol.

Step 4

If Multicover is chosen, the foot specialist is legally obliged to retrospectively certify the orthopaedic insoles with the unique ID number in the Neskrid Online Customer System (NOCS).

2. Semi-orthopaedic insoles

In addition to orthopaedic insoles, 4Allbrands offers a comprehensive range of semi-orthopaedic insoles. Our collection features four models: Stabilizer, Anatomical, Classic, and Ultra Soft. To ensure an optimal fit, the Stabilizer, Anatomical, and Classic are available in three different arches (low, medium, and high). Each insole possesses unique properties that contribute to maximum comfort and the (preventative) relief of common foot complaints.

Laws and Regulations

(Semi-)orthopaedic insoles are classified as medical devices and must therefore comply with the MDR Regulation EU/2017/745. When these insoles are used in work or safety footwear, additional certification according to the PPE Regulation EU/2016/425 is mandatory. Indeed, work or safety footwear loses its official certification when modifications are made that have not been tested. Without this dual certification, the wearer's safety cannot be guaranteed, and the employer faces significant liability risks.
